FREE SHIPPING:

We proudly provide a FREE SHIPPING OPTION to the 48 contiguous United States via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 - 10 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 7 - 10 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@massagechairdreams.com.

Standard Curbside Delivery:

Curbside Delivery, shipped via Freight to the 48 contiguous states, involves the freight company delivering your massage chair to a carport or first-floor entryway. This delivery method is standard and ideal if you don't require the chair to be transported up any stairs. It's essential to review the box dimensions to ensure it can pass through your doorway.

Assembly is necessary and typically takes between 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the specific chair model. The setup process is straightforward, and instructional videos provided by vendors offer guidance. Given the weight of massage chairs, it's advisable to have additional assistance available to move the boxes and assist with assembly tasks, such as attaching air hoses and arms/footrests.

Please note that if you live in a second-story apartment without an elevator, the delivery company will not transport your massage chair up the stairs. In such cases, you may wish to consider In-Home Delivery and Assembly, also known as White Glove Delivery & Setup.

White Glove Delivery & Setup with Chair Assembly (room of your choice)

You have the option to include White Glove Delivery with your order, priced between $200 and $650, contingent upon the manufacturer and the number of stairs required for delivery to your specified location.

With White Glove Delivery, a two-person installation team will transport, unpack, and set up your massage chair in your desired room, including carrying it up stairs if necessary.
