How Can I Initiate a Product Return?

At MassageChairDreams.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we take pride in our products. While you have up to a 30-day window to return your massage chair, please note that return policies vary among brand manufacturers. We highly recommend reviewing your order details before finalizing your purchase. It's important to clarify that we do not establish the return policies.

To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team via email at sales@massagechairdreams.com or by phone at 855-69-RELAX (855-697-3529). Our dedicated representatives will assist you in obtaining a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and provide the appropriate return shipment address. Please ensure that each item is in its original condition and packaging, and bear in mind that customers are responsible for the return freight charges.

Luraco offers a 30-day return policy with no restocking fee. Medical Breakthrough has a 7-day return policy with a 25% restocking fee. Kahuna Chair offers a 30-day return policy with 15% - 35% restocking fee with customers responsible for freight charges.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will receive a credit for the total purchase amount, deducting the freight and restocking fees. Our team is committed to exploring options to help minimize restocking fees, such as open boxing the item.

Please be aware that items eligible for return must be in resalable condition, inclusive of all product documentation, and shipped within 3 days of RMA issuance. Custom-built items are non-returnable, as they are tailored to your specific order requirements.

The customer is responsible for disassembling the chair and repackaging it in its original packaging. Once this is completed, we will arrange for the chair to be picked up.

  • Only orders in the contiguous 48 United States qualify for the flat-free return.
  • The chair must be returned without damages to qualify for the flat-free return.
  • Financing Fees are non-refundable and vary according to your purchase.
Exchange Policy
Similar to our return policy, the exchange policy varies by brand manufacturer. Customers are responsible for shipping fees and white glove delivery fees. In case of a defective massage chair, we will exchange it for the same model at no additional shipping cost. However, once an exchange has been made for a non-defective chair, it cannot be returned.
Cancellations
We typically ship orders within 2 - 3 business days. If you opt to cancel your order after the massage chair has been shipped, you will be liable for any incurred shipping charges, as well as a 3% credit card processing fee.
