    I have had many bad experience with massage therapists: dirty massage beds, bad locations, overcharging customers. You name it, I have seen it.     Absolute the best
    I work in an investment firm. Needless to say, our lives are pretty much stressful all the time. Initially, as a joke, one of our colleagues bought Breakthrough and put it in our office “to remind us to relax from time to time.? We weren’t really paying much attention to it until some of us used it a few times during lunch break. They found it to be so relaxing that they always fall asleep in it. The would wake up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the work in the afternoon. Soon afterward, there’s always a long line to use it. Last Christmas, we pooled enough money to buy 3 more to satisfy the ever-growing line of the first Breakthrough. I can now say Breakthrough is definitely one of our best investment choices.

    I usually never write reviews but this massage chair is really that good. My dad thought it was a good idea to get my mom a massage chair for her birthday. So I did a lot of research and decided to order Medical Breakthrough 6. I wanted the 8, but this was all i could afford. The chair arrived 2 weeks later, and at first it was very disappointing but it was tough for me to install. I spent 2 hours and still was not able to get everything together. I gave them a call, and one of the technicians walked me through the whole thing. 30 minutes later, everything was all done. Their customer support is amazing and my mom loves her chair. Thanks for all the help, this is one of the best birthday gift she ever got!

    As an athlete, injury prevention is my top-priority. I make money from my body and every time I’m injured, I’m out for a while. Therefore, I always look for more way to prevent injuries. Breakthrough's shiatsu function is wonderful. Together with the heat therapy, I can feel the massage roller works on my deepest tissues to relieve the tension from daily practice. Even my sports medicine person is amazed at how much faster I recovery from tough practice sessions. It doesn’t hurt that I can gain all this benefits while sitting around and be comfortable. Watching Netflix has never been so beneficial to my game until I got Breakthrough 7.

    Definitely a conversation piece. Our dinner party turned quickly into Medical Breakthrough's testing party right after the dessert was served.     Breakthrough 8 is definitely not what I expected. Usually, I think that most massage chair’s claims are just marketing ploys. I have always thought of all massage chairs as really comfortable recliners to get me relaxed. I have never been so glad to be wrong my entire life. Medical Breakthrough 8 blew me away! It really is a Medical Breakthrough! I could already feel the difference in my back after only a few massage sessions. What I like the most is the deep tissue massage. This massage chair is stronger than any other massage chair I have tried. It does a great job. After just 6 months of using it regularly, I’m pleased to find that my back pain slowly fading. I'm able to relax a lot more. My chiropractor is really surprised at my fast progress. She said it would take years!

    When I first got breakthrough 8, it wasn’t working right away. I was so angry. I felt really sorry for the representative who answered my phone call because he got an earload. After 30 minutes of troubleshooting, it turned out to be my fault. The chair was working fine. I installed the chair incorrectly and one of the air holes fell off. Maybe I was too excited. However, thank you for having a (very) patient customer service representative.

    I love that you can choose between the different types of treatments personally I'm a fan of the manual setting, as I love the kneading function on my back. Really if anything whatever issues you might want to address with a massage chair this model will have a pre-programmed setting for it.
